Interested in joining our multi-disciplinary team working with clients to design and disseminate capabilities and solutions to the most challenging problems in Vulnerability Analysis, Encryption, and Data Science? In your role you will work with various teams to design, develop, deploy, maintain, and migrate solutions in multiple environments for various national security missions that are transforming the way law enforcement and intelligence communities handle and analyze information and translate it into actionable intelligence. This multi-faceted opportunity might be right for you. 


You would join Noblis’ Law Enforcement Programs Division as we continue to grow our capabilities. Today our team consists of developers, scientists, engineers, researchers, and analysts that have served federal, state, and local government clients on the most difficult high-consequence problems in analytics, biometrics, AI/machine learning, encryption, and forensic science for over 20 years. Our team is engaged across the law enforcement and intelligence community and has been instrumental in making our customers’ programs successful in analytics, automation, and digital solutions spanning identity science, AI/machine learning, reverse engineering, encryption, systems engineering, software development/integration, DevOps, and cloud technologies. 



  • Manage logistical processes and execution of equipment inventory deployment and return ofhighly sensitive equipment to and from various locations, to include Sensitive operations, in support of technical programs within a large organization 
  • Communicate across technical, administrative, and management landscapes using multiple tools, performing and creating instructional presentations and documentation
  • Utilize computer tools to research, analyze, summarize, and document database reports, business processes, equipment use, information retrieval, budgetary matters, technical program needs
  • Administer to personnel needs such as issued property, supply ordering and distribution, support coordination, and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and government client personnel
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills


Minimum Experience and Education (may be multiple combinations)  


  • General or Business Bachelor's Degree


  • 6+ years related experience in lieu of degree



  • 5+ years' recent experience shipping, receiving, tracking, cataloging/documenting, and disposing of equipment



Client Engagement

• Begin developing relationships one level up and two levels down. Identify and support opportunities to expand project scope beyond current deliverable and actively share information about clients’ emerging support needs and trends with team members and management.
· Participate on proposals
