Responsibilities

Responsibilities tips:

Noblis MSD is seeking Technical Analyst candidates to provide on-site programmatic and technical administrative support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia programs to directly support US Navy programs. Responsible for Technical support tasks including financial tasks, meeting support, technical documentation support, project control support, periodic status reports, and/or creating PowerPoint presentations.

 

The candidates responsibilities may include:

  • Draft/develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for engineering programs.
  • Assist with shipping documentation
  • Software Package preparation
  • Develop Trainings
  • Develop, track and maintain Alteration Completion Messages
  • Assist in Schedule updates and manning tracking
  • Assist in Media checkout
  • Manage ILS documentation Schedule
  • Submit RMMCO documentation
  • Draft and route MOA’s
  • Submit DISS and SHVR forms for ship visits
  • Interpret the technical data/information to determine applicability and importance of information for required database entries.
  • Track data/information within the database, as well as provide action item tracking for the engineering program.
  • Provide program coordination and facilitation within the program engineering teams.
  • Technical writing and editing
  • Status gathering and reporting
  • Presentation development and support
  • Adhoc tasking as needed
  • MS Office Suite including MS Project and Access
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Qualifications

Qualifications tips:

Required minimum skills and knowledge:

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. MS Visio is preferred by not required.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical information to include information received from the Fleet, technical manuals, operating/maintenance procedures, etc.
  • Prior experience with process improvement initiatives a plus.
  • Prior experience handling technical data on Navy programs a plus.
  • Attention to detail; well organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelors degree required with 2+ years of technical experience or 8+ years of technical experience
  • CAC and NMCI access a plus

· Build a productive relationship with your client and understand their structure and goals.
· Participate in the proposal process by providing input to proposal writers.
