Responsibilities

  • Conducts queries in databases, analyzes returned results, and compiles information found into a pre-defined final work product. This work product must adhere to strict protocols, cover all aspects of certain requirements, and be professionally prepared for its eventual auditing by internal and external auditing entities.
  • Conduct outreach to field offices and other agencies in certain scenarios, and will work directly with field offices to ensure their requirements are being addressed.

Required minimum skills and knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university and 2 years relevant work experience
  • TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Detail-oriented, thrive in a team/collaborative environment, seek constructive feedback, continuously strive to improve their work product, and be able to adapt to continuously changing policy/procedural requirements
  • Demonstrate ability, tenacity, and patience to follow detailed procedures in a repetitive process.
  • Display a professional demeanor at all times regardless of the circumstance.
  • Demonstrate oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
  • Demonstrate written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and how recommendations were derived.
  • Navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel).
  • Navigate within different types databases
  • Evaluate reports and information
  • Identify relevant data sources to clarify or corroborate investigative or operational intelligence community initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret information from a variety of databases
  • Evaluate information using good judgement and decision making
  • Extract and anlayze precise and exact information and details obtained from observation and research

 

  • Desired skills and knowledge:
  • Prior work experience in operations in the USIC

Client Engagement

· Learn about and support Noblis’ client engagement, corporate values, and corporate strategic priorities, including providing input to proposal writers.
· Build a productive relationship with your client and understand their structure and goals.
· Participate in the proposal process by providing input to proposal writers.
