Nobis MSD is seeking a Program Analyst to support U.S. Navy programs. The selected candidate will contribute to all aspects of programmatic support including but not limited to tracking, planning, requirements, configuration, integration, documentation, recording, and unification of efforts. Duties and Responsibilities to include the following:
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
1-2 years of professional experience in an administrative role.
Former executive assistants and hopeful project/program managers - this role could be for you!
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project)
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
Attention to detail and meticulous record keeping and analysis
Ability to prioritize tasking and manage time effectively
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines without incurring undue risk or degraded quality
Ability to work on a large diverse team
Ability to work independently after some guidance and instruction
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence software is a plus
Successful applicants must either have an active DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain one upon position acceptance
