The Department of Defense’s (DoD) works cooperatively with allies and partners to reduce or eliminate weapons of mass destruction (WMD) threats.  The cooperative nature of the DoD’s activities yields a secondary benefit of strengthening regional alliances, deepening existing partnerships, and attracting new partners.  

 

Role Description:

We are actively seeking to identify personnel to join our team of talented professionals who possess the experience, vision, commitment, and integrity to successfully support the strategic goals of the Department of Defense’s program.

 

Noblis is looking to hire Quality Manager to support the mission in cooperation with partner nations. Responsibilities for the position may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Oversee implementation of quality management systems (QMS) to include identifying processes necessary for QMS, determining the sequence and interaction of these processes, determining criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective, and reviewing implementation plans for QMS in partner countries.
  • Assess, evaluate, and recommend solutions to resolve the multitude of technical issues that may evolve.

  • Provide expertise on QMS to support multidisciplinary and multinational research project development and implementation.

Client Engagement

· Learn about the Noblis business development lifecycle, processes, tools, and account structure
· Contribute specialized domain or technical content to proposal sections or client white papers
· Build a productive relationship with your client and understand their structure and goals

Qualifications

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Education/Experience:
    • 5 years (BA/BS, MA/MS degree), 7 years (Associates degree), or 9 years (No degree) of relevant experience in applying quality management systems to laboratory/clinical/public health/veterinary applications.

  • DoD SECRET clearance or higher, or ability to obtain a U.S. clearance.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the U.S. government on areas concerning national security.
  • Familiarity with State-level and regional WMD threats.
  • Familiarity with nonproliferation obligations, approaches, and objectives.
  • International engagement experience.
  • Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects which includes prioritizing, tracking, attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through to project completion.
  • Flexibility/adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with a Secret, Top Secret, or Top Secret/SCI clearance are preferred.
